You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Saleslift provides an AI-powered assistant that can join and facilitate meetings, share materials, respond to prompts, and generate follow-up actions. We may update or modify the Services to improve performance, add new features, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Services.
You agree not to misuse the Services or assist others in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes:
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using Saleslift you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy and agree that we may process Customer Data for the purposes of delivering and improving the Services.
Paid plans and usage-based fees will be described at the time of purchase. You authorize Saleslift to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees. Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if payments are late or cannot be processed.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, you acknowledge that no system can be completely secure and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security incident.
Saleslift and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services except as explicitly permitted in these Terms. All user-provided content remains the property of its respective owners.
Either party may terminate these Terms with notice. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if providing the Services is no longer commercially feasible. Upon termination you must cease using the Services and, if requested, delete any confidential information.
The Services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Saleslift does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saleslift and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saleslift, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will be effective when posted, and your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
